Here at Virtual Villas we provide one size fits all pricing. No extra fees. This is because we give every one of our customers our full service. One flat rate provides you with a full listing on our site along with our signature Virtual Tours. You decide how long you want to promote your home with Virtual Villas.

What are the benefits of a Virtual Tour?
For people booking a vacation home online, pictures play one of the biggest roles in deciding. However, pictures only give you a very narrow view of the house. We gave rentors a way to look around the rooms–360° in every direction–just as if they visited your house. All of the homes hosted on our site feature four or five Virtual Room cubical panoramas (depending on the size of the home) and a picture of the front of your home. After all, this is the Virtual Age; it’s about time people toured your vacaton home online.
How does the booking process work?
When a customer likes your home and decides to book, they are directed to you or your management company. You decide upfront. The customer clicks the “book” button next to your virtual tour and voila!
An email inquiry form is presented to the customer. If you would like, a telephone number can also be supplied. The customer fills out the inquiry form and you receive an email with all their information instantly! We want your home to have as many bookings as possible. Therefore we do not block out dates on our site, which may ruin your chances for flexible travelers.

Do I have to split my Booking Fees with Virtual Villas?
