Tenant placement
If the lease duration is longer than 6 months, the fee is equal to 20% of the term.
If the lease duration is shorter than 6 months, the fee is equal to 1 month’s rent.
Cleaning
Cleaning costs range from $59 to $149, depending on the size and scope of the property.
Maintenance
Elected services are billed at-cost with a service charge of 20%.
